Your life is still yours to fully inhabit.

I believe that there is an extraordinary fullness to being alive, even in the midst of experiences that change us forever. Much of my work is shaped by the deep losses that change my life and the years I spent learning how to live again in a body that once only knew how to survive. It is shaped around grief, trauma, the unraveling and rebuilding of faith, and the ongoing discovery that we are capable of holding far more than we sometimes imagine.

Through writing, speaking, and trauma-informed embodiment work, I explore what it means to live fully. Not by escaping the most complicated parts of being human, but by making room for them.

Grief and Joy. Faith and mystery. Beauty and suffering. Anger and laughter.

I believe there is room for all of it. And in the midst?

I believe there is still so much life left to be lived.

Even now, even here, even still.
